JOB FEATURES & PERSONALITY
A perfect match between the job and candidate will get better progress of a placement and will also provide long lasting results. During the process the personality of the candidate will be verified at three different stages; during the interview, from the results of the personality profile and during the reference check of the candidate.

SKILL TESTING
Candidates have to go through a complete test of Spelling, Grammar and Numeracy & Reasoning before registering for work. Once the above process has been completed we present the short-listed candidates.

We have a database full of experienced, talented & quality people. This helps us to search any criteria which basically includes skills, experience, location and availability date etc

BEHAVIOUR INTERVIEW
The candidate has to pass through a behavioural interview which shows how is the nature and behaviour of the candidate who would be recruited to the clients organisation.

REFERENCE CHECKS
Each candidate who is selected by us for the organisation has to give us atleast 2 reference names. Our Technical Recruitment teams sometimes calls and also visits personally the reference given by the candidates to check the complete details of the candidates.
